Microsoft Outlook Calendar
To learn more about how Steady's Microsoft Outlook Calendar integration works, see our Microsoft Outlook Calendar integration overview.
Set up: Personal connection
To connect your Microsoft Outlook Calendar:
- Visit your Preferences - Connections section, open the Microsoft Outlook Calendar section, and click on the Connect Microsoft Outlook button.
- You'll be prompted to pick your Outlook account and authorize Steady to read your calendars and calendar events.
- Select which calendars you'd like to monitor from the dropdown menu. The sync is not retroactive, so the first events will be visible in your next check-in. (If it's after your check-in time for the day, that will be your draft check-in.)
Set up: Account-level connection for company holidays
If your organization uses a shared Outlook Calendar to manage company holidays, you can connect it to Steady through Account Settings -> Integrations.
Once connected, Steady will automatically sync holidays from the shared calendar. On these days, team members will not receive prompts for check-ins or goal updates.
