Workspace holidays

If a holiday or other workspace-wide out-of-office event is coming up and you want to disable check-in prompts, visit Workspace settings - Holidays and select the days when everyone won’t be checking in.

Team members can also set vacation or out-of-office events for themselves.

Synced holidays

If your account has a Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar connected at the account level, Steady marks a holiday for every all-day event on that calendar, checking nightly one month ahead. Unmarking a day here permanently excludes that date, but the sync still marks other days covered by the same calendar event — to stop it, remove the event from the connected calendar or disconnect the calendar in Account Settings -> Integrations.
